Went from paying for four new tires for my car and making an appointment to discovering last second they can't raise my car and one new tire was damaged. I got three different stories from three different people two different times. Maybe it's Tooele, maybe it's Wal Mart in general, but considering the damage I later found to one of my wheels on a previous plug patch, I should have known better to let these folks work on my car again. The attitude is lackadaisical , and communication is abysmal. I had to call Wal Mart from home to cancel the order because they can't do so in the store. I just hope I get my money back. I guess so many people have sued Wal Mart in the past that they have become draconian in their processes, and that working for Wal Mart is barely a step up from working plucking chickens. I feel bad for the one female that seemed truly helpful and showed care. Can't wait to get the online survey from Wal Mart!
