I want to leave a review of kindness, and customer service to the utmost highest. I live in Arizona, and I have an elderly father that lives in Roswell. He is getting to the point where he can hardly walk, let alone make it to the store to shop. So I had ordered some groceries for him online, and had them delivered to his house. When I checked the online app status of the delivery, I noticed that it had been delivered, so I called my Dad to let him know. He said there was no delivery. So, unfortunately, the delivery person must have seen the "Beware of Dog" sign and left the groceries outside of the gate, instead of bringing them to the front door, which is understandable. So being that my Dad can hardly walk, I decided to call the Walmart and speak to a Manager to help with the situation. I did not get a name of the lady I spoke with, but she said she was a Manager of Walmart. So I explained the situation to her, and out of the kindness of her heart, she told me she was leaving work soon, and would stop by my fathers to make sure he got his groceries to his front door. When she had got to my Dads house, she came across a sight that was probably unexpected. He had fallen, and couldnt get up from the floor. So she immediately went into action, and asked him if he was okay, and need medical assistance. My Dad, said that he needed her to call 911 emergency, which she did. The paramedics were there in a matter of minutes and my Dad was helped to his feet and was fine after that. So I just wanted to thank the Manager that assisted with that house call. She probably saved his life. Im sorry I didnt catch your name, but thank you very much. Keep up the good work.
