I've lived in 4 different states and traveled extensively and this is the absolute worst Walmart I have ever endured. I have put up with shopping here every single week for FIVE years and today was my breaking point. I will never spend another cent here again as long as I have breath in my body. I am tired of the crowded, narrow aisles and not being able to maneuver properly. The endcaps and center displays are too big and don't allow you to merge or pass another shopper. Basic, everyday items are CHRONICALLY out of stock. Other stores like Target, Publix, Lowes Foods and Food Lion that are right down the road do not have this issue either. It's like the pandemic never left this place. The produce is always just days away from going bad, so you can't purchase anything unless its being used same day, IF you even want to chance that. I actually saw a whole bin of rotting, soft produce just a few months ago. Whoever is in charge of inventory needs retrained, reevaluated or retired and I'd say it to their face myself. This location never has wipes for the carts either, which is SO considerate during cold and flu season. Publix would never. You spent all this time and money on new signs and displays trying to elevate yourself to Target level, but you haven't done anything to improve the shopper's experience in a meaningful way. Nobody cares about the mannequins or a crib set display, we care if you have what we need in stock. We care if enough registers are open, which they never are because you won't have enough employees working to fulfill your "supervising" quota to make sure I don't steal two $3 a gallon iced teas at the dirty (but new) self checkouts. Again, Publix would never. Lowes Foods would never. Target would never. Also, checking receipts is low class behavior coming from a billion dollar company. If you're going to insist that I work for free by doing self checkout, then you need to trust my abilities. I'm tired of being assumed a criminal. Other local stores big and small don't do this. Isn't that what the alarms are for that we have to walk through to exit anyway? Can't you just tackle me if I set one off? I'd actually prefer that I think. Anyway, I DO NOT recommend this location at all and will no longer spend my hard earned money here. Just so you understand just how irritated and done I am with this location, I want you to know this. If this were the ONLY place with toilet paper, I would rather use my hand to wipe than shop here again.
