Refuse to learn how to work with insurance other than BCBS. I have a new company out of CA and the techs refuse to call them and straighten out their mistakes. I have to leave, call the company myself, have my insurance company call the pharmacy and then go back for my prescriptions. Nearly EVERY month. I have zero respect for laziness and employees who don’t earn a dime of their money. Also, the rudeness combined with the laziness is what sends me over the edge. I can’t imagine treating my clients the way they speak to customers. I’ve been 5 days without my medication because of this. I’m not paying full price for a drug when I have awesome insurance I pay good money for. I am contacting the state health board, the pharmacy licensing board and also Walmart Corporate this week. I’m done letting it go.
