I lost a receipt a few months back and went to customer service to ask if they could reprint it for me since it contained the pin to a phone card I had purchased a week before. The staff member I spoke with didn't know if they could help me since I had paid cash, but said they would leave a note for their manager and she'd call me the next day. Sure enough she called me and asked me for some details later that day. she went out of her way to find it with whatever little information I was able to provide (date, time, which register I used...) She called me that afternoon to tell me that she found it and that a reprint of it would be waiting for me to pick it up at customer service.
