Walmart Neighborhood Market in Levittown

great location and always has what I need. wish it was physically connected to the actual Walmart instead of further down the road. definitely glad that this is part of the neighborhood. it is also in a shopping center with mostly food options and is across the street from the home depot.

We had never been to a Walmart Neighborhood Market. What a surprise. Beautiful, huge supermarket. Lots of stock. Great prices. Super wide, clean sides. Merchandise displayed nicely. We could not find one item, so we asked the cashier as we were checking out (no line). He looked it up and escorted us right to it. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Met an awesome person and an excellent employee, George. He unlike most Walmart staff, actually, knew how to help and serve the customers. He not only helped me find the product I was looking but also when I wanted more of the articles he went inside to find and bring those heavy articles for me. He went twice inside and kept on smiling while doing the hard labour. 5 stars to George.

This Walmart is very convenient and lovely, all the staff are always willing to help find products and provide the best service. The store itself is always clean and orderly. HOWEVER. There is a specific employee who always ruins my trips to Walmart, given i am almost there once or twice a week. An employee named Sultana never fails to stand inches (not feet) away from me every time I am doing self-checkout. I thought at first this was standard practice, as many people might try to steal or forget to scan an item. However, I came to realize it was only me and my sister getting this treatment, and only ever from her. This was extremely annoying in the beginning, but became almost funny at one point. We would see whether or not we will encounter Sultana at checkout that day, and if we did we would be ready to watch her approach and stand inches from us while we checkout like everyone else. If it is relevant, we are Muslim Pakistani women and wear ethnic clothing often. From sultana's name, we are aware of her south asian ethnicity as well and are confused as this behaviour does not usually come from someone you share a background with. I came to write this review because of what happened on March 1, 2025. I was in the Walmart parking lot leaving, when i saw a car coming from the opposite direction. we were both going normal speeds, when suddenly the car made a sharp left turn into a parking spot that was on my right. The turn was sharp, in speed, and with no signals. I had to break very hard, and come to look who is in the car? Sultana. I don't feel comfortable bringing this to management myself because of certain people being dismissive of such attitude of their employees, so i am hoping both customers and staff see this review. Again, i love this Walmart and come here for almost anything i need to purchase, this is my first choice. However, this employee's attitude is a terrible representation of the franchise.

Great place, getting help can be somewhat odd at times. What really boggles my mind is that how a grocery doesn’t sell paper bags. They’ll try and sell you $3 refrigerated bags…? But why in almost 2025 is it that I can’t check out my groceries with shopping bags? I constantly have to carry all my stuff by hand. As a grocery store you need to have bags, not sure why this is even a topic.

This by far has been the absolute worst shopping experience of my entire life. My friend told me to come down here that they had good prices and a lot of items that I like. I came down at 10:20 PM when I got off work. They close at 11pm. They are doing construction to remodel, which I will never complain about It’s nice when a company is focusing on making things nicer and better. The problem lies in how it is being managed. There are about 35 employees clogging up every single aisle of the store and at least 20 something pallet jacks and carts blocking basically blocking every single area you’re trying to get to. Anyone with common sense who would be running this operation would tell the employees not to start stocking and doing that until 11 o’clock once the customers are gone. Not only is than an enormous liability risk It’s just outright insulting. Now if they had to stock with such force before the store closes, that’s fine, but there is a way to do it properly. All carts should be kept to one side of the aisle. Employees should be wary of customers and make an attempt to get out of their way when they see them trying to get by. I felt like an NFL linebacker trying to break through a defense. Was so bad that I had to leave my cart at the front of the store and then go to each aisle and hold all the groceries. I need to then deposit them back at the cart and repeat. I was absolutely exhausted at the end of this process. When I get to the register, I had about $200 in groceries. It was at least 50 items. I have two dogs in my car outside and my girlfriend in the passenger seat. I asked for bags. He says we don’t have any. I said is that typical or are you just out? He said no, we usually have bags, but we just don’t have any now. He shows me one bag in the entire store that could barely hold a gallon of milk and he says I have this for three dollars but it’s the only one. I say OK so do we do this DJ style where you give me some like empty boxes or something to put them in? He says no I don’t have anything to give you. So I had to put the groceries in my cart loose like some sort of heathen. How in the hell am I supposed to stuff to car with these groceries with my dogs in it. The trunk is occupied and has no room at the moment. I ask a gentleman he told me to reach out to if he had any bags and he said no, and then started talking to another customer. As I’m furiously, throwing items into my cart she does return with about four of the smallest paper bags I’ve ever seen. He told me that it was from the customer service desk and that they’re not for groceries but he’ll let me have a few like as if I’m some sort of ultra privileged human being now to have actually had a bag to put my stuff in. They were so small they barely held anything and half of them ripped. When it comes to a business, if there is any sort of incompetence Up top, it travels downhill. Whoever is running this operation is not the right person. Matter of fact, I could come in there and straighten up that place overnight. I retired at 32 years old. I think I know a little something about business. I have never been so appalled at a simple shopping experience. If you want to feel like you’re in the hood and be treated like an absolute worthless piece of garbage this is the store for you. The only positive of the entire shopping experience was a gentleman who was stocking. It was an older white man with short hair who I asked where the ice cream was, and he nicely explained to me how they are remodeling and part of that includes the ice cream section so they are only limited to clearance items. He was very professional. This is the type of person that should be running things.

We ordered $406 of groceries for delivery to our home. As soon as the order is placed they put a hold on the funds. Immediately my wife received automated messages stating this item isn’t available we will give you this instead. She declined. At the end we received around $250 worth of items. They still held the $406. 10 business days for that hold on the $150 to come off. Walmart blames bank. Bank says Walmart hasn’t notified us yet. My real complaint is why do you have items listed on website that you don’t have available? I called the 800 number. I spoke to the representative a supervisor and a manager. Everyone said I’m sorry nothing we can do about it, It’s the store that doesn’t update their inventory. Poor customer service on all ends. Inline ordering is supposed to be convenient. It was the most inconvenient thing I have done in a long time

Customer service people are very rude. I complain today with the store Mgr. I made a return and I wanted to buy same item but diferent ounces. She made a return but refuse to charge me for the item that I wanted. When I ask why she told me she is just there to help customers but does not made any sense to me because I'm a customer that needs help buying one item. I don't like the store even though I'm from Levittown I like to go to East meadow but I was coming from de Dr. It's in my way so I decided to stop there but usually I don't go there.

Waiting over 30min for my pick up order that was ready. Called number on parking spot twice and no answer. Called store and transferred to pick up and told 5 minutes. And it’s been another 15min and still here waiting as I write this. I could have shopped and checked out items quicker. Been inside it’s nice.
