The fact that they get it right most of the time is noteworthy. Keep in mind every shop will make mistakes, including the occasional poor customer service.
I've been going here for years and have consistently received good, if not exceptional, customer service. Yes it can be slow at times. Yes, when they're short-staffed (high turnover) you can call for days and no one picks up. But they consistently deliver, deliver on-time, at a great price, and with consistently great customer service.
As of this review they're still transitioning over to the new online scheduling services and tire sales system. Recently, during the transition, my GF arrived for an online appt only to be told no such appt exists. That's unnerving. However, they did accept her vehicle at that time. And later that day, after the new tires were installed, she realized one was flat in our driveway. She brought it back and they immediately replaced a damaged valve stem. Did they damage the valve stem during the install? Probably. But they did make it right.
My online two new tires appt today was wonderful! They even found a nail in another tire and patched it. Exceptional customer service! My bad experiences here have only really consisted of missing valve stem covers and over-torqued lug nuts. And even those were one time events. It's really a small price to pay for such a heavily discounted shop. I'm not saying we should accept less than perfect service. Just saying reviewers here should temper expectations. Wanna know what insane wait times, being up- and over-charged, and with the ocassional poor customer service feels like? Go to a dealership.
This is a good shop, with consistently great staff, and incredible pricing and service options.
