In person service was great, but they will not answer your phone call for anything... you call it rings, and you get hold and then they never answer...

We waited and they did not call us till it had already been ready for thirty minutes. The cashier also talked very quiet so they were hard to understand. The makeup department was very nice though. She asked if I need anything several times.
