2.6 Stars for this location is probably high. Walgreens should stop putting a store on every corner and invest in some customer service training - for this store especially. I will pick up this prescription and transfer it to WalMart EVEN though it will cost me $40 more a quarter.Customer service as bad as it gets. And it's clear why - It comes from the top down. This store needs new management.The staff doesn't know how to answer the phone, the pharmacist is rude and the pharmacy manager Shay doesn't have a clue how to provide customer service. I have never encountered a store that makes a mistake then stonewalls the way this one did. They refused to acknowledge their mistake much less do ANYTHING to make it right and Shay, the the pharmacy MANAGER, suggested I transfer the prescription somewhere else. Thanks for the advice Shay. I believe I will.Walgreens spends millions on marketing for an employee, a manager no less who is so arrogant and dislikes her job so much she would prefer I go someplace else rather than admit a mistake and, God forbid, be nice. It's mind blowing. 🤯Then today, I call - same piss poor customer service and I start to describe it to, guess who, Shay after she answers. You would think she would apologize, explain how busy they are, promise to do better. You would think. What does Shay do? She HANGS UP ON ME.Seriously Walgreens, this is a manager on your payroll? Is a 2.6 rated store acceptable to you? Have you asked yourself why this might be? Give me a call. I have some thoughts!
