Looks like my review was deleted, so I’m leaving it again. I’ve used other Walgreens locations for years with no issues, until I moved to this area and started using this one. I cannot come into the store due to my health so I pick up my prescriptions at the window. When I went to pick up my prescriptions yesterday (that I had to leave work early for, because they have their hours exceedingly and inconveniently shortened with no explanation as to why), I waited in line for at least 10-15 minutes. No big deal, I’ve waited before. There was only one other car behind me. I get up to the window, and ask to pick up my prescriptions and tell her I have GoodRx to help with my prescriptions. I have used GoodRx in the drive through before. The woman refused to do it and said I had to come inside - she’d have a “line wrapping around the building.” I have done this before and even picking up multiple prescriptions it has only taken clerks all of five minutes. I have waited behind people for much, much longer. She was unnecessarily rude about it, acting like I was the problem, and me needing to do this was the biggest inconvenience she’s ever had to encounter. At the end of this encounter, I still only had one car behind me. I just left, parked, and called to have my scripts transferred to another pharmacy chain. Very disappointing to see such a lack of customer service from a company where that seems to be the cornerstone. I’d like to return to a Walgreens as I’ve loved using them in the past, but it won’t be this one.
