This Walgreens location has to be one of the most apathetic and unhelpful places I’ve ever shopped. From the moment I approached the counter, it was clear that customer service was a low priority. The cashier, who seemed more interested in goofing off than working, barely acknowledged my presence. Instead of engaging or offering assistance, she sat there idly, almost in a daze, moving a few items around without any real intention of helping. After a few moments of standing there, I asked if anyone was working, hoping to prompt some sort of response, but all I received was a lazy, indifferent look.
It was incredibly frustrating to feel like I was an inconvenience in a place I was ready to spend my money. The lack of care and engagement was honestly shocking. After waiting and seeing no improvement, I decided to abandon my items and walk out. It was a disappointing experience from start to finish, and I left feeling completely disregarded. If this level of service is typical, I’d recommend finding another Walgreens—or a different store entirely—where customers are actually valued.
