I’ve been waiting over a week for my daughter’s meds. I had to get in the phone to get some answers. Pharmacy rep explains that he can’t give me a date of when her meds will be here because of “issues” with their ordering system. How is this my fault? Now my daughter is out of meds because someone didn’t bother contacting me to tell me any of this a week ago, even after leaving a voicemail to the pharmacist. This location needs to get their act together.
