I don’t use a taxi service often. But previously when I have, it’s been an experience that doesn’t/shouldn’t stick in my mind or demand a review. This one however is still fresh 3 days later. A phone call results in an unintelligible salutation on the other end in a non native language giving me the feeling I’m seeking transport in New Delhi. I was in Kohler Wi. Providing some doubt benefit here I am hard of hearing, I made a mistake as to where I actually needed to be picked up, all on my end and I accept the responsibility. I did realize my error and called back directly receiving a stern chastising in Arabic and a disconnected call. I tried back two more times, now my calls are being ignored. We got to where we needed to go, as I stated, I’m not a frequent taxi patron but I am able to converse coherently and pen a Google review. My helpful suggestions for The Best Taxi….drop the word “Best” from your business, invest in Babbel to help build a walkway to the English language, don’t answer your business line with a demand but perhaps a “Hello! This is The Taxi.” (I lost the “best” for you). “You’re welcome.” Oh that’s just another term used in our language for identifying acceptance of an appreciative salutation or comment. But, you’ll cover all that in Babbel. Author’s note I never got picked up so I gave two⭐️s instead of one. I don’t critique what I haven’t experienced. So me not having to wedge my 6’2” 230lb frame into the back seat of The….Taxi’s Prius is a boon for them. Good luck riders, my advice have a plan B.
