Read MoreYou know, this is the worst cab service I've ever dealt with in my entire life. When a person pays for merchandise at any establishment, for the most part you'll rarely be over charged unless it's an accidental error on behalf of the clerk.... At that point, (hopefully) you'll get reimbursed. However, as a frequent client for almost 16 years on and off with Scotty's Taxi, they've always someone found a way to squeeze in the smallest tips for themselves without my permission. If my payment is .50 cents over the request amount, ($8.50, $9.50, etc...) they've never once returned the extra .50 cents. They've always only returned the rounded dollar amount back to me or have complained of the lack of change available they're supposed return to me and treat me as if I'M the problem for their shortcomings. To the extent, they've dismissed my complaints, banned me from the company when I voiced my concerns, gossiped about me and encouraged me to use other local taxi services in the future. "As if..."
I implore everyone to avoid this company like the plague. Tips are to be earned, not stolen (by the "poor man's" mindset) just b/c the drivers feel self entitled. Panhandlers provide better service then Scotty's Taxi Services and they act like they're not being fed enough to cover the most basic necessities.
