All I knew is we were going to get there in a limo. Melissa made booking very easy. She was efficient and informative, she also said if I needed to call back she could give me some great ideas.
The day of the party the limo arrived 15 minutes early, and our driver Richard spent that time getting to know the Passengers and the itinerary. He was very patient as we picked up each guest (and we got a couple addresses wrong) then made our way to our event. He was very patient and made me feel at ease. I felt horrible about the wrong addresses and he told me I didn't need to apologize. Whenever the girls got loud, I tried to quiet them, he said they're having a party. It was a great experience and if I ever need a party bus or limo I'm only coming to Royal coach
