These people do not sign contracts, they only provide Credit Card Authorizations that they say "represent our guarantee" but they refuse to sign contracts that obligates them to do anything.
How should someone feel about booking them for a wedding a year in advance without something in writing? They can bail anytime they want without any legal recourse. I got zero empathy on the phone when I asked about contracts as well. If you want to throw a trashy bachelor party or something like that, book them. For anything you want to go smoothly, the kind of service you book and forget about because they're just that good, go with Pacific Monarch or American International or another reputable company that takes their services seriously.
Also, they were very difficult to work with, completely understaffed, customer service was great in terms of politeness and the basics, but it took many days and follow-ups via email and phone to get answers to questions. No thank you.
