My daughter's flight was diverted to LAX on Easter Sunday and the shuttle service that I had contacted and set up a reservation with canceled her vehicle and left her stranded. As you can imagine, there were not any vehicles available around LAX on a holiday afternoon. I contacted LGV and not only did Mile go out of his way to find a car and driver for her he was able to find one within a few minutes of my call and my daughter was on her way within 20 minutes of my contacting the service. We had excellent customer service from my initial call down to the driver who picked my daughter up. I want to thank them for helping us out that day and I would definitely recommend LGV Limousines.
