My husband, a business man going for a trip to Pittsburg, Montreal, then England called your rep for transportation from Delray Beach, Fl. to West Palm Beach airport.(We have used you company and the past and transportation here is paid by my husband's company) Here is how the telephone conversation went: (C) for customer, my husband with two witnesses sitting next to him: myself and his mother. (R) for the "Just for You Limo"
C: Hi, how much for transportation from Delray to West palm airport - pick up 8 am tomorrow morning?
R: 50$ + tip
C: I have here a coupon that says $40
R: Then you don't have enough money. Click with no time to respond
My husband is so surprised by the response that he calls back wondering to question what just happened.
C: I just called you regarding transportation ......
R: Which part of 'you don't have enough money didn't you understand?"
C: Sir this is not a good way to do business.
R: Click
As I previously wrote, we used 'Just for You Limo' in the past and could not understand such response. I thought 'Well, the guy must have been having a bad day or something' so I looked up the web for 'Just for You Limo' and called some number thinking that I would report the experience. Unfortunately I ended up with the same guy. Don't know how. After stating our disappointment in dealing with him the previous day, he recalls the conversation differently.
R: Your husband said 'He only had $40 to pay"
C: This is a retired VP of a huge company who has traveled the world and called numerous transportation companies in the past. We used your services before. Why such rudeness?
