Pretty good, price is fair for the distance of travel. They answer phone and go to your destination on time. Just be nice to the driver and your fine. He likes subway and is a decent driver in general. Good customer service.

I don't understand why there's any bad reviews. I had a very pleasant experience and I'd surely call them again if I needed their services. And their price was very reasonable. All you people who are complaining are probably never happy no matter what.
