El Barrio’s saved me! I had been using the ride apps and the drivers were cancelling or having long wait times and I needed to get to the airport. I called El Barrio’s and asked if I could get a car asap to the airport and they were able to get me a car in 5 minutes and got me to the airport in less than the quoted time of the ride apps! The driver was friendly and the car was comfortable and nice. Highly recommend!

The Dispatchers don't keep you waiting forever on the phone... They are very Professional, speaking in a courteous manner with their customers and promptly send the Car Service to You. I spoke with Jennifer and Sandy when I called, and they are Amazing! They also call back or return to you, as you hold on the phone to let you know how soon your car service will arrive. The Dispatchers at El Barrio also send you a text message which shows the time the Car Service will arrive, a description of the car, as well as a little route map of the car coming to your location. El Barrios' Drivers are also very Polite and Safe drivers who take the best route to bring you quickly and safely to Your destination. Their prices are also reasonable. I'm happy to give

I've used them for super long trips, as well as short trips from Costco to my home! The prices are great and so are the cars! Always clean! My Mom loves them too and the drivers are nice enough to help her into the car and out and load her walker for her as well! I called the base and explained my situation and they got in contact with the driver who was no where around at the time, but found my keys and agreed to bring them to the base. I went over to the base, spoke to the receptionist and waited outside. The driver showed up 40 mins later with my keys. To GOD Be the Glory in JESUS Name!!!

I was in Far Rockaway, N.Y. and need to get to the city. No mini vans down by me. I called El Barrio and it 20 minutes I was in a van on my way up. 2016 snow storm they got me home when the roads were horrible. 💜💜💜💜💜💜 I wish I knew there names id send snacks.
