Email confirmation of reservation provided night prior, text reminder 15 minutes before (03:45!) and call from driver 5 minutes leading to pickup. Car was immaculately clean, driver arrived early and was thoroughly professional. Upfront pricing at rate comparable to taxi cab—possibly less even. Sooo nice to have peace of mind provided, will DEFINITELY book in future—fantastic experience!

Continue to book with service over past 8/9 trips to NYC in just over a year. I will, admittedly, still take a cab into city from LGA as airport policy (like many’s) prohibits private car services and ride share companies from picking up passengers directly outside of arrivals area/baggage claim which is a shame as I typically don’t feel like trekking down to ride share area after arrivals and you also end up getting caught in tangle of departing vehicles from stuffy garage. Really wish they would change policy, at least for private car services which are essentially performing same function as any other person/agent who has agreed to pick you up, but I digress…
Dial7 has continued to offer spot-on service offering price that is comparable or even less than taxi with added peace of mind of KNOWING you will have a ride waiting for you on time (actually I don’t think they ever haven’t been at least 10-15 min early) the drivers are absolutely professional, cars are clean and sharp, communication is solid and consistent. When you book—they know by caller ID who you are and pull up profile when you call so they can pre-populate fields with name, contact info and address to streamline booking process. I added to review to hopefully encourage people to utilize Dial7 as they have made airport transportation aspect of trip something I don’t have to think about beyond calling night prior to departing flight, and not dealing with “roll the dice” aspect of taxis (not knowing if they’re going to speak any English, possibly drive crazy, have funky smelling car, possibly try to milk fare by selecting roundabout route so you have to watch every turn—not to disparage taxi cabs, I’ve had some fantastically kind/professional cab drivers too! ) For RELIABILITY, security, cleanliness, promptness and professionalism I cannot recommend Dial7 strongly enough!
