Read MoreI had the opportunity to use DJ Shuttle & Tour Services to transport two other passengers and myself on a trip to visit a college friend, whom I consider to be my sister, in an out-of-state hospital. I recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a no-worries means of transportation, and I look forward to using this service again. My first call was one of inquiry. It was answered by a friendly and courteous staff member. The visit to the office to book the trip was facilitated by that staff member and one other staff member. I appreciated the way they conducted business with me: caring and professional.
That was the beginning of a great experience. The ride itself was stellar. I must say that it was one of the most pleasant rides I've ever taken. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable. I had back trouble and one of our other passengers was in a wheelchair; so, comfort was a major concern of mine. The trip was approximately three hours each way. Reflecting on the trip, we each agreed that the level of comfort was unbeatable.
The driver was excellent: timely, professional, courteous, considerate, patient, careful, and attentive. He kept the temperature inside the vehicle at a level that was satisfactory to all of us, offering to make adjustments according to our preferences. And, he was not just a driver. Though he maintained his focus on the road and the job of safe driving, he didn't seem to mind our engaging him in conversation at times as well. We were on our way to see an extremely sick friend, which meant the trip could have been very long and somber. But, riding with DJ Shuttle & Tour Services made the trip much more enjoyable and relaxing than it could have been. That better enabled us to bring cheer to our sick friend and sister.
Thankfully, our friend's health is improving, but we all are so grateful to have had DJ Shuttle & Tour Services available to help us make the trip to visit this friend at a time when a visit from friends was needed most. I definitely recommend DJ Shuttle & Tour Services. You really can't leave without them.
