I was recently on a road trip and freeway debris dislodged an electric cable that ZMI put under my car to install a scooter lift. Because the cable was dragging on the ground, I quickly took the car to a local service center to do a “patch job” to prevent further damage. Despite it being a weekend, I called ZMI hoping to get in touch with someone. Zane answered and told me to bring the car in asap for him to inspect the damage. Once there, he immediately set to work to finish up the repairs. Then, after a bit of friendly conversation, I asked how much we owed. No charge?!? I was blown away. To not only help me on a weekend without an appointment, but to do it for free? That’s fantastic customer service. I was already a loyal client, and this experience has once again reinforced ZMI's commitment to serving me when I needed it most. Thank you Zane!
