This store is scammers, on July 23, I bought a bedroom set that cost me almost $4,000 and it is September 6 and nothing that comes to me here I leave you all the numbers that they give you and look closely at what they gave me they say? I went to the store 3 weeks ago, I called the police and the same police told me in front of them that they couldn't do anything and I had to take them to court. That took a while so I told them, make me a report then, which I will take to the store. police station and I will tell you that I have not had my bed set for more than a month and they told me that they couldn't even do that, and I told the police that because of them they were scammers because they never did anything... Here I am still waiting for Yesterday, a Dominican lady who works in that store continued to lie to me, and I also left the conversation there. The phone number ends in 94. She is a shameless person, she swore in vain 3 times last week, she told me that my delivery would arrive between 4:30. pm to 6pm in the afternoon and yesterday he told me the same thing again and neither, I call them and now they tell me that some things are there but the mattress and the dresser are missing🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️I tell them to give me the money back And they tell me that they can't.. People, I know that this has happened to many of us like me because we go to buy in places like these and NO, we look at these comments that we leave, because when you get there that store down here I will leave the photo of that store and the conversations, do they tell you themselves??? That like any store they will have positive and negative comments, that's what they tell you and well, one falls because I did see these comments before buying but I said sometimes people can do it for doing evil and no PEOPLE, don't buy there the same thing will happen to you as everyone else. we who leave these comments…. They are scammers. Here I also leave you the photos of the 2 scammers who sold me the bedroom set and now they don't even give a damn.

I’m honestly disappointed that I’m even leaving a review right now. If i could leave 0 stars i would.Before you buy here, please consider this before even thinking of giving these people your money.It’s unfortunate because I previously purchased from them in 2020 and the experience was absolutely horrible. I should’ve not expected any less.I made an order over a month and a half ago, I was told my delivery would take two weeks which at the time I was ok with.After the two weeks I went into the store and was told my delivery was delayed as per usual. Which is weird because every other furniture store in the area had what I ordered for immediate delivery.After the two weeks i continued to go in weekly and was continuously told my order was backed up. After a month I went in and said I wanted my money back..I was told by this man, to please be patient that on Friday (it was Monday) i would get my order.I trusted him and ofcourse that was a lie.Friday comes and it’s the end of the day I have yet to receive a call from anyone about a delivery. So I go in personally to the store.I asked where is my delivery… it’s Friday.This man had the audacity to look me in my face and say “you didn’t see the truck outside ? They have your mirror, they’re on their way to deliver it to you”I was confused, but I believed him. So I went home and waited hours for this delivery. Mind you they never pick up the phone, so the fact that I called and they answered was insane because hours passed , and this man answers and says “ they haven’t delivered it yet ? “ as if they ever were.I tell him to please let me know if the delivery was going to happen or not so I wouldn’t stay home waiting for something that was never going to arrive.He said to please be patient that the delivery was on its way, that was a lie.The next day, i go in AGAIN. I tell him that I want my money back. He says I’m sorry I don’t know what happened yesterday but we have the mirror here just please give me time and I’ll get it to you by Monday. He shows me the box with my “mirror” inside of it.Once again i trust him.Monday comes and nothing.I go in and tell the different man there what’s going on and he tells me he doesn’t have instructions to give anything to anyone. He tells me to come back on Tuesday because the person in charge of all that will be there.I go back Tuesday, again this is the man that’s been lying to me this entire time. I walk in and he says the delivery drivers are out doing deliveries. I said OK I didn’t ask you about that. I want my mirror. I’m here to take the mirror. He goes to open the box and confirms if that’s my order …. ITS THE WRONG MIRROR.All this and not even what I ordered over a month and a half ago ?!At that point I’m fed up. I said give me my money back. I’m over it. I didn’t want to argue , ask questions, I’m over it.It’s now Thursday and IM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.Please beware , this place is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT PUNCTUAL AT ALL, THEY LIE ABOUT DELIVERIES AND TIME FRAMES.I promise you can get the same pieces for probably less money at other locations that won’t lie and take months.You couldn’t even pay me to buy absolutely anything here ever again.0/0

The worst experience I have ever had, I do not recommend this place at all, you have to be very careful with this place!In October 2019 I bought a dining room which I paid for on the same day without asking for discounts, the dining room supposedly arrived within 5 days but absolutely nothing arrived, days later they delivered the table without chairs and from then on a fight began with the Madam, we called every day and she said that the next day they would deliver to us. She always said the same thing, we asked to change shifts at our jobs to wait for the chairs that never arrived, it seemed like this lady was making fun of us or that's how we felt, on Thanksgiving they offered to lend us some chairs, that was while the chairs "arrived" that we had bought, they are horrible chairs that do not match the dining room, disgusting chairs with legs that are longer than others and have no stability and are of poor quality. After that we continued begging for the chairs or the money, this lady told us that we had to talk to the owner of the place who only worked on Sundays but when we went neither she nor the owner was there, she always had an excuse and the The owner was never there, this has been the worst experience, today it is September 2020 and they never delivered what we really bought. We feel scammed by these people, be very careful!
