Yesterday, I left my phone in an Uber, and the situation quickly turned into a nightmare. My phone defaulted to an old device, and I couldn’t remember the password—meaning I had no way to access the receipt or contact the driver. After visiting two other stores with no success, I went to Xfinity, hoping my carrier could help.
Before I could even finish explaining, Samatha, the manager, instantly recognized my problem and reassured me: “This happened to me before—I can help you.” And she absolutely did. Samatha reached out to the Uber driver twice, and when he finally responded, she coordinated for him to drop off my phone right there at Xfinity.
Not only was she incredibly friendly and efficient, but while I waited, I saw her multitask with ease—helping several customers at once while still keeping my issue on track. Her professionalism and compassion turned my frustrating experience into one of the best customer service encounters I’ve ever had.
