The staff has always been a delight. They do care about you as a customer, and work hard to fill your needs.
The only drawback is with organization. The bottle and applicator area was where I was shopping when I noticed the mismatch issue. This usually is not of concern, however, many of the bottles, pumps, and caps are of 1mm difference. For example, Boston vs Euro 1oz bottles are almost identical, but are slightly different.
The components of these bottles are not interchangeable, and the bins were mixed with both similar, but incompatible, types of bottles, sprayers, and caps. It was a frantic 30 minutes to find 6 matching bottles with sprayers. The Employee also had a difficult time, but she had more patience than me in trying each sprayer on the bottle until a match was made.
Unfortunately, I could not purchase what I wanted and settled for less. I live about 1 1/2 hours away, and had greater expectations.
My advice would be, to put the items out of customer reach, and only display a demo piece. Unless your issue stems from employee stocking (which I doubt). If it does, then leaving the applicators in their bulk package, with the model number visible, would ease the confusion.
Otherwise, I have thoroughly enjoyed my relationship with World of Aromas. They offer the niche supplies you need at a sensible price.
