Feb 26, 2025 UPDATE: Just leased my second Volvo and the experience was as excellent as my first. It began with an extraordinary (truly top-notch) series of conversations with stellar Service Advisor Marion Mathew about my 2020 car that was in for repairs. What a pro! See set me up with a loaner that I just fell in love with. On my drive home I reached out to DeeNee Amodeo, my favorite Willis ambassador, and asked her to put a deal together for me to consider. We quickly negotiated to my satisfaction and I leased my loaner the next day. Bill Klomstad delivered again! Very happy Volvo loyalist here. General Manager Charlie Phillips runs a well-oiled customer satisfaction-centric machine at Willis Volvo. The culture he and his team have created over the past few months is absolutely best-in-class. Great brand, terrific dealership! I was entirely delighted by every aspect of my service and leasing experience.
