As a single female, first-time car buyer, I was nervous about what I would endure throughout the car-buying process. I had a morning appointment set up at Wilkins Mazda to test drive a CX-5 and the second I got out of my ride, Josh Pasturczak immediately greeted me by name. He had my requested test drive parked out front and ready to go, so we hopped in and took her for a spin. Josh joined me on the test drive, being very diligent to point out features of the car, answer any questions, and provide helpful insight into how the CX-5 compares to other crossover SUVs. I thoroughly enjoyed the test drive and my experience with John, but I had another test drive set up at a competitor, so I left to try the other car out. I immediately returned to Josh and Mazda an hour later. My experience at the other car dealership failed in comparison. While at the other dealership, I knew that I wanted to purchase the CX-5. Not only did I know I wanted to buy the CX-5 (the other car was the Toyota RAV4, and for the exact same price, the CX-5 had a much higher trim level, fewer miles, drove much smoother and quieter, it was much more elite), but I knew I wanted to give Josh my business. No one took care of me at the other dealership, especially not in the way Josh did.The actual purchasing of the car was seamless, as well. Both Josh and Frank Accetta were extremely helpful, there was zero heckling, all prices were very fair, and they were extremely personable. This was the part I was most nervous about coming into the experience, but it truly was so easy. I also really appreciated how excited they were for me and my big purchase--I felt so supported. All in all, I cannot recommend the Mazda CX-5 or the team at Wilkins Mazda enough. I would happily return and recommend them over and over again. Thank you, Josh and team!
