If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would. I was interested in a couple of vehicles for me and my family. I spoke to a Michael Basco via Facebook Messenger and his customer service was horrible. I started by asking if the vehicle was available and his responses to my questions were just one worded responses. Normally, car salesman are more informative about their products and are more cooperative when customer in inquisitive about what’s on their lot. I asked if I could set up a time/date to view the car. This unfriendly salesman told me that I would need to get in touch with their finance department before being able to pursue further interest in the car because he didn’t want his time wasted. He further explained why, which was understandable. But it was his approach and the wording. Things can be taken out of context. But he really needs to do a better job in conducting professionalism. No wonder why this business has bad ratings.
