WEELZ in New Castle

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai sonata for 7,200 and paid in cash IN FULL. One week after the engine light came on the car I contacted Mike via text that I was having multiple issues with the car. The wiper water was not coming out and the car accelerator will slow down out of no where. The light had turn of which I payed out of pocket to fix ONE WEEK AFTER PURCHASING THE CAR. I told him how unsafe the car was. He text me back saying he will remove the engine light that it was nothing (please keep in mind text is a mutual agreement that can be used in court as evidence) They removed it to pass inspection. Same day the light came back on. I’ve tried multiple time to get this issue fix they ignored me. I’ve made sure to text him and call so I can keep proof of every interaction and etempt I’ve made to get this issue fixed just incase I have to get a lawyer involved. I spoke with Mike and he told him that Hyundai are bad cars but that’s what I wanted so he sold it to me for 7,200. He told me there’s nothing he can do annymore I should be happy the car is still running. I’ve had the car for less then a year and have been to the mechanic more them 4 times. Imagine paying all that cash for garbage. I will be filing a civil suit any person who have purchased a car from this company or is going through the same issue I am please keep all text communication as a receipt because it can be used in court as evidence. The car I was sold here is completely garage that was overpriced. It was a accident car that original parts was removed and cheap parts was added and I was never informed. Mike said the cars are sold here AS IS. This information will not be given to you during purchase. If this has happen to you report it to the state and file a lawsuit. It is only 45 dollars to file a small civil suite. Lawyers aren’t expensive as well let the judge decide your fate.Respond to owner comment 11/10/2024I switch my car because the first car you sold me the bumber was falling of just days of having the car. The steering wheel was very stiff. Your aware I lost my husband due to a car accident so things like this makes me very paranoid. Secondly Mike if I had the car for a year why will I not do any type of oil change or service to my car. How will the car run for a year straight without no type of oil change or service. How will I have known all the things that was wrong with the car that I complain about since day one if I never seen a mechanic that inform me of these problems. Problems that you promise to fix but leave me on seen when I bring it to your attention. You knew the car was bad so why sell it to me for 7200. A car that I told u right away the engine light came on. Why will I buy an engine light car for 7200. Would you like it if that was done to your females family member who don’t know about cars. Just because I’m a woman and don’t know much about cars you don’t treat people that way. I have spend so much money fixing this car up it’s ridiculous. And you have the AUDACITY to say your appalled sir I am APPALLED. You expect miles to not be added to the car when you have dodge me for a year about fixing the garbage you sold me. A year later a car which the engine light is still on. You never told me you guys removed my car original catalyst converter and replaced it with a old used brand that wasn’t the car original. Because of that the engine light will not come of until the original converter is bought and put back in the car. And as for the accelerator slowing down your right it did resolve itself why because I pay to fix it. The water not coming out the windshield wipers guess what it does now why because I pay to fix it. I had no choice but to fix it because of my own safety. As unfair as it is It was cheaper to fix these things then purchasing a new car. Receipts in which I’ve kept and has spend over 1000 dollars fixing things on this car since purchasing it. If someone loses their life in the garbage that is sold here you will have a bigger fish to fry then a GOGGLE REVIEW. People lives matters.

I got all my cars from there had my cars for years he take them to the mechanic to get them checked for you to make sure everything is good before you buy my parents been dealing wit him for years if you need a car this is your guy 💯💯💯every car i have gotten from him was a success was always fully loaded good mileage GET YOUR CAR TODAY YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY 😃

Mark is a wonderful person......honest, decent and trustworthy. He stands behind the cars he sells and does whatever he can to help you out. I just bought a car from him and I found a little leak and he fixed it at no cost to me. He even took it thru inspection for me!! I am most definitely a repeat customer and recommending to friends and family..

Gave me an 8am-5pm window in which they were going to pick up my used car. There were no updates, it was 3 pm when i asked if they were coming, they said they didn't know when the dispatcher would get here but they would call an hour beforehand. Nothing, no call, no pickup. Wasted my whole day waiting in the location where my car is kept.
