Wonderful fine arts museum, the admission is free but please make a contribution to such an exquisite time capsule of our history According to my Carson ancestor's memorial he escorted Marquis de Lafayette in his farewell tour of the United States about 1825 in Baltimore City.

Small towns rarely have such a gem. The permanent collection is in depth and covers a multitude of genres. Paintings, glass, ceramic, bronze... If you love art, you will be sorry if you are in the area and miss this treasure.
