This is for the SPARK DRIVER PICKUP!!!! The store manager need to investigate everyone working back there because the people that work back there is committing fraud! They are handing off deliveries to their friends, canceling driver deliveries to give to their friends, it's ridiculous how they are doing drivers that is not their family or friends! For 4 months now myself and several drivers that I have been talking to will get to this location to pick up a order to deliver, we park in our designated spot, wait for the our order to come out, sometimes we wait 10 to 15 minutes for a order to come out( I'm starting to think the long wait is so that whoever is preparing the order is to give their family or friends that are drivers time to get to the location ), the order will say coming out and then it will suddenly cancel and the order will be taken to some delivery driver that just pulled up or to a driver that was hanging out there when I pulled up but remember I accepted the order, routed myself to the location after being accepted for the order to pick it up! I know exactly what they are doing, they are canceling drivers orders and they are handing the orders off to their friends & family! This unethical and I'm sure against Walmart code of conduct rules as an employee!!!! CANCELING drivers deliveries so your friends and family can get the deliveries after a driver has accepted the order and routed themselves to the location and waiting for the order to brought out to us only for you to cancel the order after we have waited 10+ minutes is not going to fly with me! I have reported what you are doing to Walmart corporate office and spark corporate office and I have sent emails to both corporate offices and I will keep reporting and keep sending emails until someone investigates what they are doing in the spark order pickup! I'm hoping the store manager will see this message and investigate everyone that works in the spark pick up area , including the department manager that works back there because we have complained to him and he has totally ignored our complaints as if he is in on it!!!! It is unethical and dishonest and if they keep doing this they are probably stealing as well! Just totally unethical and I won't stop until I contact someone that will investigate these practices! So to all of you working in the back with the spark deliveries that is doing this, please know I'm going to make it my business to expose all of you and if you don't believe me just watch!
