From the moment my husband and I approached the self-checkout area, Gladys was there with a warm smile and a genuinely helpful attitude. She kindly assisted us with entering the correct program for our produce, something that can often be confusing, and when the kiosk we were using experienced a delay, she seamlessly transferred us to another one without any stress or fuss.
