I had a 10:30 appointment I arranged the day before. After arriving early, things were okay. A person greeted me, took my information, and then said I would have to go inside the Walmart store and purchase the oil I needed because they did not have it in the shop. I went into the store and Googled the oil I needed, or the best oil for the car. After making the purchase, I returned and handed it over. Then I was told they did not have the filter. I said I guessed I would need to go into the store again, and they said they did not have it and that I would have to go elsewhere to get a filter. So I went to AutoZone, got a filter, and came back. I discovered they had canceled my appointment while I was away getting the filter. There were about five or six cars in line, so I had to get a lead or supervisor. The supervisor was very helpful, and I finally got the oil change completed by 1:00. I don't know if this was a supply issue, but your experience might be better.
