Read MoreDo not use order pickup. I've been sitting here for an hour, waiting for the two items that I accidentally selected "order pick up" for instead of home delivery. I went on the chat service to see if I could change it to home delivery, and they said no. The person on the chat service said that I could save time by going inside and requesting my package. When I went to Customer Service today, they told me that it was not possible and to go park.
Anyway, yesterday I thought I'd give the service a try. First time = last time for me for order pickup. Still sitting here. Hopefully, by the time you read my review, I will have received my two items. If not, come park next to me in slot 40 and maybe you and I can chat while you wait for your stuff also.
Okay so here's the end result. 100 minutes later I got my two items - after the driver near me who arrived later than me received his large order. I asked the worker bringing his items how long the wait was and said I'd already been waiting an hour and a half. He looked me up and found me in his system on his phone. He told me that I had checked in 95 minutes prior, but that they didn't know that I was still there. I just pointed to my car. He came back shortly therafter with my bag. Spot #41 is now vacant, and you could park there, but I wouldn't recommend it.
