Terrible customer service. There was a long line at the checkout, and one of the products I was purchasing didn’t have a price. When the employee attended to me, she told me the price, but it seemed too expensive, so I told her I didn’t want it. She responded, annoyed, saying she didn’t know how to remove the item from my bill. She called another colleague named Fanta, who rudely and accusingly said, ‘Why did you make her add something you weren’t going to buy?’ This complaint is inappropriate coming from an employee. I told her that I simply didn’t want it and didn’t need to give her an explanation. She then started yelling at me.
Please, Walmart, before hiring your employees, make them take customer service courses and a written test, because the problem is they don’t know how to read properly, and the little English they speak comes off aggressively. They came from places where there are no schools or education, only to mistreat the hardworking and tired people who come to buy groceries at the end of the day. I defended myself, but every day I think about the people they mistreat who can’t defend themselves because they don’t understand them.
