Read MoreI've been shopping at this location for the last year. I can't believe how worse its gotten. Staff are rude and make every attempts to elude customers. The automotive department is constantly out of general stock causing me to go to automotive parts stores and pay a mark up in price! How do they constantly run out of gear oil, motor oil, coolant, and other additives?! Ask their staff for a product that is clearly listed on the app, stating that it's in the aisle is insanity because the sales associate will always say "we don't sell that here." Laziness and disappointment.. I usually end up finding the item. I could go on and on but just want to emphasize that this specific department runs in chaos because the associates they working just dont care! Shopping today, my wife and I wanted to purchase some spirits (wine). The line up in that department was long and slow (as usual). They started enforcing customers to pay in that department due to theft. So in the end the paying customers are being punished for the criminals that steel. As a former asset protection for walmart, I believe another alternative would be beneficial. Walmart has so many employees, personal shoppers on their sales floor. Have they ever heard of customer service? Walking down deserted aisles ? Being vigilant to their surroundings? Notifying Asset Protection of customer behavior that's creating alerts ? I thought Walmart gave a tram effort ?! This goes back to all their staff being useless. It's the truth. So, the customers get to spend another 20 to 30 minutes in line, in a busy store, slow cashier, and experience another long wait at the front checkouts.. yes, their checkouts are horrible. Why have so many express lanes, self service lanes if there always closed ?!?! I refuse to shop their anymore. Safeway and other groceries stores will be my alternative. Much cleaner, better food selection, and better customer service. Anything and everything else, I will purchase online (not from walmart!)
Shameful what Walmart's turned into. When I started my career with this company in the early 90's as Asset Protection, there was pride in doing a good job. Helping the customer was always priority. Shelves always full of merchandise, clean andnsafe shopping environment, never a let down. If Sam Walton here he would be disgusted to what his dream turned into..
