Called elections to be teachers to an ever ringing phone for 22 minutes. Called customer services to be transferred to grocery pick up... which the answering machine is full but needed photos department. Had my mother calling as well and she didn't even get through to anyone! So maybe I was lucky i even talked to 2 people. Tried to return an item, took entirely too long, all I heard was the phone ringing the entire 23 minutes I sat there watching the lady in front of me scrolling forever in her app to five an order to return a carts worth of clothing that was "wrong sizes", got a song and dance about his the app returns are banking up in their system, maybe update that system. Thankfully, no issue. I drove up there from waynesboro to get a calendar same day pick up... they said they called - did not call - and they shredded my photos. Not once but twice now! Not even giving me a day to pick them up!! Ordered at 9am, ready by noon. Got there at 1pm. And the guy didn't even apologize. Just said they'll refund on the website. No my guy, I wanted the calenders I ordered!! That's all I wanted!
Food is okay, some over priced unnecessarily. Fruits close yo expirey but never had moldy ones so thats a plus. Bananas have been awful though. Appear fine but open nd brown/black inedible. No bruising outside though to indicate they are bad. I'll stick with Aldi and Waynesboro Walmart instead.
