The people that currently are employed at any SWFL Walmart Supermarket or Super Center, if they speak English, (even just one word would help). Need to be trained properly in what customer service is and retrained every 3-6 months depending on the person's ability to learn. They also need, this is all my opinion, to be vigorously trained in whatever department they either chose to apply for and get hired for, or they were chosen by whomever does that for whatever reason they felt they should be in that department. Either way the people in every department are not properly trained in anything, in my opinion and yes I could as.well.as my 7 year.old granddaughter, do a better job training or working in any department at Walmart Supermarket/ Super Center. As for my comment about Spanish speaking English, just one word would help
Although I should not have too, but out of respect for the working class U.S. Citizen, I am learning Spanish, I would hope they would learn English for the working class U.S. Citizen Consumer) to understand them too get the help needed that is advertised by Walmart everywhere. Please give me an employee that has not used the most rude gesture to help me and that's pointing there finger, this is absolutely the most unprofessional, rude absolutely absurd way for one person to help another person, whether as speaking another language or not, pull that person off the floor either retrain or hire one of the hundreds of homeless people sleeping behind every Walmart in the United States of America.
Out of respect for my husband, this post was written by Janice, bring it on
