This location is one of the better Walmarts, but my review is for the online Walmart.
Bought a refurbished iPhone online from one of Walmart sellers, after 9 months the battery wasn't working too well so I decided to replace it. Two different places told me the battery could not be replaced because being certified by Apple this phone had two serial numbers (meaning it was stolen at one time or someone had changed the parts with non-apple products. I called Walmart for about 2 weeks and talked to about 10 different employees, One would tell me one thing and one another. Walmart would do nothing besides tell me it was between me and the seller. I sent pictures of the actual computer screen saying that the phone couldn't have the battery replaced and the company agreed to give me my money back for the phone, so I bought a new one and asked what they wanted me to do with the phone. The next email they totally changed their story and said they couldn't refund it cuz it had been too Long since the purchase date even though they had the order number and when it was purchased in the original emails. Walmart has no way to do anything besides sending an email to the seller for you, and then they have to respond within 48 hours, which does absolutely nothing.
So I gave up and decided to sell the phone back to Walmart and at least recuperate some of my money. I agreed to a price and Walmart gave me a label and I dropped it off at FedEx. After not hearing anything for a couple weeks I emailed the company that Walmart deals with who was buying my phone. They tell me the phone is stolen and never made it to their facility and all they can give me is less than half of what was agreed upon. So I paid over $440 for a phone that's defective and was never right in the first place and then try to get rid of it and I might get $100 because unless you read the whole agreement with the fine print, nobody tells you that you have to buy insurance for the phone being shipped. Complete joke!
