I've been a walmart member for quite some time now, i really enjoy shopping here. For the most part, the service is good and I never have a problem. Today however, I was very tired. I just wanted to shop and go home. The cashier was ringing up a gentleman in front of me, and when she was finished, he asked her a question. She never once told any of us, waiting on that line that she'll be right back. She got off the register, went away for a while, came back, spoke to the man, went away again, took a longer time, came back with a woman who took the man her. The cashier stood there, talking, never once, look at the line she left behind. Until I called out to her and say you have a line, we're still waiting here. She got back on the register with an attitude! Wow! Training guys, training it's important. You need to remind your associates that customers have a choice in places to shop, they should remember that!
