I honestly don't even know where to start. I had a pickup at this Wal-Mart today, my pickup included 3 orders. Each order containing 1 item. I parked in stall 14 and here comes an employee. He had 2 of my orders. I told him, I had 3 orders and needed all 3 of them. He told me only 2 orders were showing up in his system. I told him I had been having issues with Wal-Mart pick ups all day and asked of I could speak with a manager so I could get the issue fixed. Shortly, a woman with a name tag that said team lead came stomping towards my car. She acted completely put out to be having to walk to the parking lot. She walked up and asked what the problem was. I tried to explain to her that I had 3 orders to pick up and had only received 2 of them. She rolled her eyes and said that's all we have. I said, I have been having problems with Wal-Mart pick ups all day and if you will just enter my driver name into your system instead of whatever code your entering it will show up. I tried to explain that I only know this because I had had the same issue 3 times prior today already. She got really close to my face and loudly told me not to tell her how to do her job. I was like, whoa, I'm not telling you how to do your job, I'm just trying to get this taken care of as quick as possible so we can both move on. She said loudly, you know what, I'll just take the other 2 back and starting ripping stuff out of the back of my car. I said, go get a manager. She told me there was no one above her and stomped back inside the store. I walked towards the front of the store and could see her over by the pick up entrance and hear her talking to other employees pointing at me and calling me names I can't say, completely unimaginable. I seen someone that looked as if they might be a manager, her tag said coach, and I tried to explain to her what had happened. She went in and came back out and said the coach over the pick up department said he couldn't fix the problem. I asked to speak with him. He came out of the store and got right in my face and told me he couldn't fix the problem. I again, explained the whole situation and he said look, I know how to fix it but I am not going to take the time to enter your name manually into the system, I'm busy. I said you are to busy to help a customer needing help in your department. I said and what about your team lead ripping items out of the back of my car. He ignored me and kept very loudly just repeating have a nice day as he walked off. I was furious and left. I called the store after I left and asked for a manager. Finally a lady got on the phone and told me she was front end team lead. I explained the whole mess to her. She said I'm sorry but I can't take your complaint because the coach of pick ups is above me. She said his name is Richard but he likes to be called Coach Richard. She told me to call 1 800 Walmart and tell them. I did call and file a complaint but I am still totally shocked bow how I was treated. Do better Wal-Mart!
