Read MoreI shop here at least once a week due to the location being so close to my business. I was really excited when they renovated and installed so many self check out lanes. Unfortunately, it has turned into a nightmare of late. 38 total check out registers in the front and if you're lucky, you might have 6 open. If you have more than 15 items, I feel sorry for you, bring a chair, you will be waiting forever. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue, broken terminals or just too much theft, but something needs to change. Had I not had $600 of product in my cart (I purchase lots of motor oil for my business) I would gave just walked out and left the cart. I so wanted to find a manager to ask what in God's name is going on here, but you know that person was nowhere to be found and I was running late fir another appoinent due to my 15 minutes waiting in line to check out. Anyway, I hope someone in management gets to see this post. Walmart knows how to run a successful business, so please start doing it at this location or get new managers to run this facility properly.
