Train your employees to be able to help multiple people at once (which is insane) or get more employees, they have attitude they are unhelpful and never there when you need them asked help they seem so drained, none of them could help me because it wasn’t their section except one girl and she was busy for at least 5 minutes because another customer wouldn’t let her get away, clearly need more people for night because one isn’t enough and then on top of that half the time I come the clearance items are not marked down and scan for regular price and then customer service isn’t available after a certain time I don’t know what Walmart is doing but it’s insane I’m coming back to get my items corrected I shouldn’t have paid full price for Black Friday sales, they can’t do anything until the morning not even a refund for the item because customer service was closed, honestly just close at ten if you can’t help customers after that. Only good thing is the door greeters. Night shift is the only time I have problems at this location seems like everyone stops caring after 8, I know it’s a Walmart and they get so many customers a day it doesn’t matter what one customer has to say, but honestly I expect more from retail stores unless I’m being rude or hard to handle I should be greeted with respect or at least a smile, and I get the employees can’t do anything to help after a certain time but the company needs to close earlier or have people who can help customers until closing time especially on Black Friday/ holidays.
