Walmart Supercenter in Loveland

Giant store, clean, organized, neat, friendly checkout. It’s has more than normal supercenters but doesn’t feel like you’re lost in a warehouse, and not jammed crowded as if they crammed kayaks in on top of things, nope, this super center has a section for those boats! And everything else. While the checkers were friendly, the walk around associates are friendly but unhelpful- I did ask an associate where milk was and was told they didn’t understand what I wanted, then shrugged and walked off. I Just asked ‘where’s milk?’ … I didn’t ask for ingredients to the foam mattress to avoid allergies lol.. so in case you wondered: milk, almond, rice and other- all the way to the back wall of the food section. Heavy sigh…

I’d give 0 stars if I could after our experience today. We bought 2 brand new tires and had them installed on 12/31/2024 because we had gotten a flat and decided to just replace both back tires instead of just one back tire. We got the extra road hazard warranty just incase and well I walked out to one of the new tires being flat and I could not see the obvious reason and I use that car to take my son to school and pick him up, so when I noticed the flat I called this Walmart car care where I had the new tires installed and a girl told me they could squeeze me in just to get it there as soon as I could and that was at 2:30pm so we picked my son up from school early and went straight there. We live in North Fort Collins and don’t have a closer Walmart auto care center so we went straight from my sons school to this Walmart and got there a little before 4:00pm, the same girl I had talked to on the phone said it would be about a 2 hour wait so we said ok it’s fine because they were “squeezing us in” and only seemed right to have a little wait time. We got all checked in and went for a walk around the store and to get something to eat while we waited, they were not busy so we assumed the 2 hour wait was estimated and not an exact amount of time but 2 hours went by and atleast 3 cars went before ours and the guy doing the tires spent 2 hours alone on one car that seemed to only had taken 2 tires off of and put back on while another mechanic sped through an oil change and airing up tires on another vehicle. 3 hours went by so my husband asked the manager if our car was getting close to being brought in so when he looks and realizes that we are using the warranty on the one tire he basically told my husband warranty work that they don’t get paid for gets put at the bottom of the list no matter what so 4 hours went by and I had family calling to see why we hadn’t made it to there house yet when it should of been a quick trip to get the one tire repaired and so we explained what we was told so my family members called to see if what we had told them was actually what we was told and we get a phone back from our family members saying the girl they spoked with was very rude and unprofessional. At that amount of time my 5 year old son was hungry again and tired from school and was very upset which the employees shrugged off when my husband asked them if we were next anytime soon. The only two employees left was going to just walk off and leave without even getting to our car and it was 6:30pm and they don’t close until 7:00pm they had our only car seat locked in our car with them having the keys with them so we couldn’t just leave and the tire was sitting flat. My husband had to go find someone to call a manager to help us with this situation and the managers they sent were from the grocery pickup side and basically told us they were gonna make sure those employees stayed until our car was done but when we told them how long these employees were taking on just one tire alone we had a male manager tell us he’s never watched a tire change or tire check so didn’t know how long it was supposed to take for one tire but said he would ask them to be speedy but accurate and that was a little before 7:00pm. So the moody girl who was working was very mad she couldn’t leave early because walmart requires two people in the shop at all times incase something happens and it was her and one other employee. So 8:00pm comes around and my son is going nuts having to continue waiting and about 8:30pm they finally gave us our car back and the guy employee was apologizing to my husband saying someone else called in sick so they were short staffed. If your short staffed or you look at the schedule and see several appointments still booked then don’t tell people you can squeeze them in or wait until they make a long drive and say it’s gonna be 2 hours and it actually be almost 5 hours later when we said we was going to have to sit there and wait for our car so you knew we was there waiting. My brake line “magically” got wrapped around my brake caliper.

More and more often I have to call when I show up to pick up an order because the app won’t load. That is fine, the problem is the young gal le who answer the phones who cuss and get mad because I have to call them. Then the guys who come out to out our orders in the vehicles, even after my husband and I tell them please use the bags back there slays just place our groceries in the back and DON’T use our bags. I am so over this store and the lack of respect and care of their job and just doing what they want to do. There is no accountability anymore for how a job should be done or how one should act.

Most of the time you get to Walmart and know what you need and know where it is. This time I needed to find an eye glass repair kit which I haven’t ever purchased from a Walmart before. I did my due diligence and went through that store website to find a repair kit and what aisle it would be in. I wasn’t sure where the isle was that was listed on the website, so naturally I found an associate for help. Frank was the first of helpful associates that I found. Frank wasn’t too sure where it was on a whim but looked it up and found the same location/aisle that I found on the website and he led us in the right direction towards the cashiers and eye glass area! We then headed in that direction and still couldn’t find that repair kit! So once again I asked another associate that was walking buy, named Monica! She had looked it up once again and found the same aisle z28 but wasn’t too sure so she led us towards the z aisles she was familiar with and sure as heck she helped us find them with the eyeglass turntable thing right next to the pharmacy windows! So we purchased the things we picked up and as we were walking out there was Frank again calling us over to let us know he was determined to find us repair kits! We let him know that Monica had helped us find a repair kit but we very much appreciated him finding repair kits that were actually much better than what we initially went in looking for! Id just like this store to recognize Frank and Monica as very helpful and determined associates who are always looking out for their customers! They deserve a free lunch!

Get rid of the clerks who “offer” their political opinions at checkout. Get rid of the stupid signs meant to boast about service at checkout. Get rid of the cowbells you want customers to ring if they have a good checkout. It’s dumb and I don’t need to embrace you for doing your job and allowing me to check out.

Staff are rude, whoever the guy was at self checkout on the right side by the pharmacy on Sundays at around 5 was extremely rude and heckled my girlfriend about having more than 15 items. (She had 13). And still decided to make her move to normal checkout.

Went to pick up an online order and I can't believe how crappy the process is. 1. The pick up email asked you to download the app. No I don't want to. 2. Got there, and was told that I couldn't pick up in person in store. Had to park in a pick up parking space and call the store. 3. There was no space available in pick up order parking. 4. Finally parked, called the number on the sign, no response after five calls. The online ordering is supposed to save time, but it ended up causing me much more time and frustration.
