HORRIBLE!! We tried to avoid big crowds by going a little later but with still having time not to be rushed. I'm not sure when a good time to go would be since this is what you get to deal with if you do wait!!! This isn't even at close. This is about 8-9pm. If you need anything in these aisles, you have to hope you can get to it because nobody's going to help. We had multiple employees walk by us and others dropping more freight off, and none of them asked if they could help us get what we need. The amount of freight between aisles is just as bad. You have to go all the way down and turn around to go back down to the aisle you want because you can't cut through because it's all blocked off. They don't even try to help by keeping it somewhat straight. Carts hit the boxes sticking out, which causes things to stick out more and even fall. There's trash/wrapping from the freight all over the floor. Then there's the employees rolling out the freight on the big metal carts (not sure what they're called). They'll run over you if you don't watch for them because trust me, they aren't going to stop for you, they don't watch for you and they of course don't say excuse me. They don't even care if you have an infant in the cart...trust me, we had one and they didn't!! Two different employees bumped into our cart and another came out of the door from the back so fast we had to abruptly stop. The woman just looked at us and went on like nothing. There was one employee in the paper products/paper towel and such area who was very nice. Smiled and made a comment about the baby. Other than her though, employees are just there. Not always rude but definitely just there to get a check and have no sense of customer service. One employee at the registers was texting on her personal phone, not her work handheld that yes they do have. She was trying to hide it, made eye contact with me and said "Oops, trying not to get caught" and giggled. I have to give it to her though, at least she was honest!!
