Read MoreI went in to buy paint, when I got there I asked an employee for help and she pressed the assistance button for help and said that someone will come to assist me shortly, then another employee came and asked if I needed help and she pressed the button for help again and paged someone and left, then different employee comes and she presses the button for help again and claimed that she doesn’t know how to work the paint machine and that another employee else does know how to work the paint machine, she then leaves to find that person. She comes back and tells me that the employee who knows how to work the machine is at a register and has customers waiting in line and it will take about 10 minutes. I told them that I would wait, so then i patiently waited again, then over 10 minutes has gone by and no one showed up, I pressed the assistance needed button multiple times and nothing. My whole visit to this Walmart was ridiculous that absolutely no one there had a clue how to work the paint machine and having to wait over 30-40 minutes to be helped and in the end was never even helped! Worst experience ever.
