(Norfolk) on Tidewater Drive location only).I will start out by saying that if the people who have left great reviews are talking about their experiences being based on just being able tyo go in and get what they want, without having to ask for help, then I would have to agree. Heres the real truth and MAJOR problems with theis store. First, your can hardly get someone on the phone for quick questions, and if or when you do, and you need to be transfered to a department, NOBODY, and I mean NOBOD answers, and if someone does, Its from a department that you didne ask for AT ALL. This happens ALL the time.Secondly, I would have to agree with EVERY person who left reviews regarding th unprofessional attitudes of not all, but most of the floor workers there. If customer service matters, this Norfolk location SUCKs on a massive scale. Nor always, but the MAJORITY of the time when you approach a worker to ask for help to find a specific Item, or even just to get direction to look for an item, they quickly cop an attitude. their facial expression and body language, along with their sarcastic or snappy responses says it all. In most cases, it is clear that they dont want their texting to be interupted for any reason, so they get anoyed, and it shows. WALMART, should get the trainer from Chick-Fil-A to come and train their, because they need it desperatly. The workers seem to think that they have the right/luxury of avoiding the customer, all while texting while working, or they are talking to a co-worker and dont want to be disturbed. What the $%**????Whos letting these people get away with this horrable customer service? This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO INTO THIS PLACE and I have a question. It may not happen with the first person, but I promise i will eventually get that associate who doesnt care or understand what customer service looks or sounds like. Why? because there are more of the bad workers there than the good workers there, and no one is trwing to weed them out. NEW EXPERIENCE JUST YESTERDAY. Always an issue in electronics.
