ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! I ALWAYS use Scan & Go! I paid $99 per year to use this service. ONLY when I come to the Addison location, I get harassed! They ask if I'm a Spark driver, ask me if I paid already?! They don't even know how their own programs and systems work. I scanned ALL of my items, like I always do. Sometimes when I finish and pay on the app, it'll ask an associate to come over to verify a few items and sometimes it'll take me straight to the receipt. Today,1/3/25, I scanned ALL 62 of my items and paid. I started to bag my stuff and not 1 but 2 associates came over and said they needed to count all of my items AFTER I already paid. I asked why, and the red haired lady at SCO said because I had 62 items. I laughed at her and said ok, go ahead and count. Get another cart. I'll wait. She proceeds to take the items from the bottom of the cart and "count" them and then put them in the front of the cart. Like how are you going to fit 62 items in the front of the cart! Martha then came over and told me she needed to see my receipt as I was going to proceed bagging my items. I showed her my phone receipt that shows pictures and she was trying to compare my cart to the scan & go receipt. She told me oh, ok there's the pasta sauce in my scan and go receipt and it was bagels!!! She wasn't even legitimately comparing the items but she was pretending to. She tried to scroll on my phone and I told her not to touch my phone! The red haired lady counted my cart 3 times and told me the 2nd time that I had 62 items which is what I paid for. My son was holding a Pepsi in his hand that she didn't count. That's how I knew she was lying. She wasted my time (20 mins after I had already paid in the app.. paid at 6:25 & finally left at 6:45) and then said she didn't need to count because it really didn't matter! I was like oh, ok now it doesn't matter!?! NOW IT DOESN'T MATTER!!! Really Walmart?!? Do better! Your associates that are CASHIERS, should not be harassing paying customers as if they were loss prevention. Martha & the short red haired lady (who's name tag was flipped so you couldn't see it) need customer service training. It's people like them that make people like me want to have the least amount of interaction with employees at the Addison Walmart by using Scan & Go!
