Read MoreSo I was shopping at the walmart in massillon ohio tonight the time was about 6:45pm on Tuesday the 23/2024 and I brought back my empty water containers like I always do and there was this white old lady who was the receipt, checkout, lady so I returned 3 of the water containers, and I grab 3 filled ones. Well, let's just say my interaction as I was leaving went really bad. I handed the lady my receipt and the demeanor that's how she came off. Was very unprofessional, and basically she was trying to accuse me of stealing the waters because i supposedly was undercharged for the waters and that she told me rudely that the water containers in front are full price and that I had to take my empty water containers and fill them in the back in order to be charged for what I paid for and so I made a video recording of the employee and even though I feel the manager was nice and professional. I feel like the way she addressed her employee for how she treated should have been more then her talking to her employee for the unprofessionalism the employee should've been written up or sent home or fired because if I was a employee there or anywhere? And I talked to that lady the way she talked to me, and what's treating me like a thief, I would have been fired or written up or sent home for the behavior of the interaction with the customer. So I just think there should have been more done to the employee for how she came off at me basically call me a thief all because I accidentally on your paid for the waters
